Who we are

We are the controller of personal data collected through this website, iconvertiq.com.

- Correspondence you send us, including anything you tell us about your business during an audit or call.
- Technical information generated by visiting the site, such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed. See our cookie policy for details of what is stored in your browser.
How we use it

- To provide, operate and improve our services and this website.

Our lawful bases
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries and improve our services, on contract where we are taking steps you have asked for before entering an agreement, on consent where required, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business, including hosting, scheduling and email providers. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
When you book a call through our scheduling provider, the details you enter are processed by that provider under its own privacy notice as well as ours.
International transfers
Some of our providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we keep contractual and accounting records for the periods required by law.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@iconvertiq.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
